A photograph that was sent to me by a lady in Pennsylvania inspired this painting. I had received many photos with interesting images however; I loved the simplicity of this subject. Small, intimate, bursting with intense color and energy, “Magenta Flowers” will always remind me of that lovely Pennsylvania garden in summer.
